Starting with a meeting Kevin will be talking with you about your needs. We will meet in your home and share ideas & potential solutions.

Kevin will share solutions with you, including Concept Drawings and Preliminary Costs.

Open Book

Kevin's contract methodology is not common in the industry. It is completely open book. You are hiring On Track to manage your project and there will be fees associated for that. All consultant and constructions costs will be shared with you. There is nothing hidden.

Have some skills? Know some trades? 

If you would like to do some sweat equity on your project Kevin is open to working with you. It could be as small as doing some clean up, or maybe you're one of those rare one's that likes painting. If you have some family or friends that are skilled trades and want to work with them, provide their information to Kevin. 

Most projects require permits from the City. Full construction plans will be necessary, and that's a good thing! They have all the detail required to control costs and for permits. Ambiguity is never good; it leads to misunderstanding and inflated costs. Before any project starts very detailed plans will be finalized.

A detailed project plan will be provided and we will do our best to keep your project on track. 

During construction, On Track performs on site inspections for quality assurance and has pre-planned walk through with you, the client at critical stages.

Your project is complete, make sure no details were missed!

On Track will follow up on your completed project to assure satisfaction.
