Kevin has nearly 25 years of experience in home design and construction. As an Architectural Technologist, Kevin is able to visualize spaces and provide thoughtful and practical design solutions for any project. It starts with design! and that is what Kevin excels at.

Prior to starting On Track Residential, Kevin has worked in the Home Building Industry as a drafter, designer and progressed to a Director overseeing Home Designs, Drafting, Permitting, Show Homes, Estimating & Purchasing. Kevin was also leading teams in Community Architecture and has led the industry in the creation of award winning communities. Along the way, special projects such as Community Centres and Sales Centres have also added to Kevin's depth of experience.

While design is Kevin's first passion, renovations is a facet he has added over time. Trust is important in the relationship between the home owner and the project manager. One aspect to develop that trust is through complete visibility of costs.
